In line with the institution’s commitment to democratization and social development and its pursuit of true reform and better alternatives, IPD upholds the belief that Constitutional Reform is one of the main instruments for political reform. It is the answer to an existing political system that is clearly unable to serve the interests of the poor and disadvantaged and on the contrary has contributed greatly to disparities in economic power.
